Borderlink General Trading provides training to the users of the product at the clients’ facility. Training can be provided both on-site and off-site at the headquarters of Borderlink Group.
Borderlink General trading provides preventive maintenance as an added service to its clients. The network of technicians and engineers stationed around its operational areas help in ensuring that client sites are visited often and diagnosis of equipment is undertaken.
Borderlink General Trading provides after sales service to its clients. Having adequate stock of spares in-house helps achieve solutions to stoppages and break-downs within 24 hours. Borderlink also operated a 24 hour hotline which can be reached out by its customers.
Borderlink Group began in 2014 as a small trading company in the heart of Tanzania, Dar es Salaam. The founders of Borderlink Group realised the demand for connectivity between Tanzania and the outside world.
